Tenant communication

We will

Overseeing tenant leases and ensure that requirements are being met and any issues addressed appropriately.  

Act as primary point of contact for staff for any building related issues, including:

·         on site presence daily

·         access by email/phone during normal office hours

·         emergency support 24/7, 365 days/yr

 Recording of any building maintenance issues/requests for monthly reviews

Organising, chairing and minuting monthly management meetings

Regular contact with management regarding any potential issues and proposed service improvement actions

 Oversseing rental of shared resources and meeting rooms, including

·         Acting as main point of contact for enquirers and following up any potential leads

·         Promotion/advertising of rooms

·         Maintenance of booking system
